I am searching for a good, modern, romantic book?

I just read Debbie Macomber's "Hannah's List". (If you have not read it, you HAVE to! It is beautifully written and will give you a rollercoaster of emotions!) I am in search of another great book such as this one was. I love the romantic (almost suspense) novels that have you waiting until the last page to see what happens!! Thank you for the help :)
