handed him over to the International Tribunal at The Hague, to be tried under International Law for his crimes rather than for the Americans to have taken this into their own hands totally? After all he was an international terrorist? After all this is what happened with those Nazi's who were apprehended. Had this happened, it would have shut down the inevitable conspiracy theorists.
