How many police out of the whole united states do this?

you know you always here or see bad stuff that this officer did or that officer did, But you never hear or see the good stuff, after what i seen the other day, this officer needs a Good pat on the back, A robbery was in progress, down from my street, when 2 sheriffs ripped by us with sirens going, when a third patrrol car came along, and a woman with her 4 yr old were walking along side of the road, and the child was riding his tri cycle, the child stopped, and pulled over, let the officers go by, well, when the episode was all over with, the child continued to play, and as ecited the other officers were to rush back to their desk to apprehend this guy, There was one officer, stopped, on the side, of the road, and the child that was riding the tri cycle , came up to the patrol man and said, YOU SPEEDED, AND IAM GOING TO GIVE YOU A TICKET, THE YOUNG BOY SAID, THE SHOCKED LOOK ON THE PATROL OFFICER WAS FUNNY, THEN THE OFFICER GOT OUT OF HIS CAR, BEND DOWN TO THE LITTLE LAD AND HUGGED HIM , with the other officers yelling in the back ground hurry up , the cop then waved, and , said sorry i just to had to do something, when they came back to the station, The police officer went to the nearest store and bought the little lad a candy bar, Went and deleivered to his house, Now that is nice officer, SO YOU SEE, THE OTHER OFFICERS WERE SUCH IN A HURRY TO RUN AND GET THINGS DONE, WHEN , THIS OFFICER FOUND HIMSELF A BUDDY, OTHER OFFICERS WOULD OF GOT MAD AND BRUSHED HIM OFF, SO HOW MANY OFFICERS WOULD DO THAT???
