Should mentally-challenged people be sterilized?

I think it would be wrong too. I read of one woman who was mentally handicapped, and with the help of some social workers, was able to adequately care for her daughter. She was full of love. Also, the community and churches chipped in to help her pay her bills and some other basic things. She and her daughter had (and probably still have) a wonderful, warm, loving relationship. She was trying her best and brought the best in the community that learned of her story and helped her out.
